- NHSSP will promote excellence in health care and strengthen health systems to be people-centred and focused on promoting good health services for all, including women, children, the poor and the excluded.
- NHSSP will help ensure that public health services and systems are transparent, accountable and responsive to all stakeholders. It will promote a supportive working environment for public and private service providers, and invest in capacity enhancement for citizens and MoHP and related organisations.
- NHSSP believes in diversity, equality, equity, non-discrimination, inclusive behaviour and actions. It will ensure that whatever decisions and actions it can influence will be gender and inclusion responsive.
